Job summary

Amsive LLC is seeking a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead complex multi-channel campaigns from scoping to delivery. You will serve as the primary liaison between the creative team, CX and clients, ensuring projects stay on strategy, on time, and on budget.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and mentorship within a fast-paced agency environment. You will build timelines in Smartsheet, manage budgets and scope, and coach junior PMs while delivering high-quality work across

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years PM experience in creative/marketing agency.
• Account management experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Asana and Smartsheet; Ziflow and SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own all phases of creative projects from scoping through delivery across multiple accounts and types.
• Anticipate risks, surface solutions, and guide stakeholders toward alignment.
• Act as liaison between creative, CX and clients—present work and translate info into clear direction.
• Build complex timelines in Smartsheet accounting for constraints, dependencies, resources and deadlines.
• Develop client-facing and internal project schedules balancing transparency with realistic execution.
• Manage multiple high-volume projects simultaneously ensuring prioritization across teams.
• Review briefs, define scope, deliverables and resource needs; develop SOWs and proposals.
