Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas in Westborough, MA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex product and technology development programs from planning through launch, working with global core teams and external partners.

The role requires 6+ years in cross-functional projects in regulated environments, strong PM skills, and experience with PDP processes, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of cross-functional project experience in bringing products from concept to market release.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with FDA/PMDA guidance and ISO 13485.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for training sessions.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools, including Lean/Agile.

Responsibilities

• Project planning: create charters, set objectives, plan timelines and budgets.
• Project execution management: ensure customer requirements, prioritize actions, manage risks.
• Stakeholder management: partner with leaders, report status to management boards.
• Manage Beacon budget and resources with PMO teams and budget owners.
• Align budget/resource content to assess program risks and sequencing.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and other PMs for integrated charters.
