Olympus Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex product development programs from requirements analysis to launch. You will coordinate global cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure alignment with customer objectives.

The role requires 6+ years of cross-functional project experience in a regulated field, strong communication skills, and familiarity with FDA/PMDA guidance and ISO 13485 standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years cross-functional project experience in a regulated industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with FDA/PMDA guidance, ISO 13485 regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan project charter, objectives, and timelines.
• Budget management including external expenses and capital requirements.
• Ensure project activities meet customer requirements and follow PDP.
• Prioritize team activities and follow-up on actions.
• Identify and manage risks; escalate issues promptly.
• Implement and manage changes to achieve timely outputs.
• Partner with functional leadership for resource planning and tracking.
• Provide regular project updates to management board.
