Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project engagements, manage schedules, teams, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely, budgeted delivery.

You’ll act as the single point of contact for issues or escalations, execute change requests, and close projects with accuracy and buy-in from clients and partners. The ideal candidate will organize and facilitate project and scrum events, coach team members on roles and responsibilities, and leverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 7+ years in customer-facing or internal project management roles.
• 5+ years IT technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of Asana and Agile experience; hybrid environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engagements to achieve the scope described in Statements of Work.
• Create project schedules to ensure timely and budgeted execution.
• Assemble and coordinate the project team; establish roles and responsibilities.
• Communicate status updates, including actions, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Execute change requests to scope, schedule, and cost as needed.
• Act as the single point of contact for issues or escalations throughout the project.
• Conduct project close activities with the program manager to confirm deliverables.
• Coach and mentor all parties on roles and responsibilities in project activities.
• Manage projects using tools such as Asana and AirTable.
