Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably in transformation.
• 10+ years of experience managing a large portfolio of application projects.
• Experience in understanding technical areas and working with technical teams.
• Experience in hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) project management.
• Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance models, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery including scope, planning, and scheduling.
• Lead stakeholder communication across business and technical teams.
• Guide and support project managers on PMO processes.
• Oversee technical delivery, including budget tracking and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain implementation roadmaps and program-level reporting.
