Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to design, implement, and manage IT programs that support organizational goals.

The role promotes best practices, drives project delivery, and serves as the primary escalation contact. The position reports to the Somerset, NJ office on a hybrid basis, with travel as needed to SHI, partner, and customer events. The candidate will mentor teams, measure process performance, and collaborate with peer teams to embed best practices in IT

Qualifications

• Oversee and coordinate multiple related projects to align with goals and deliver benefits on time and within budget.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum to plan, execute, and close projects.
• Ability to drive organizational change while maintaining team morale and productivity.
• Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex problems to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IT programs to support organizational goals across departments.
• Promote adoption of best practices and act as a change agent within the organization.
• Lead initiatives related to IT project delivery, resource management, and process optimization.
• Serve as the primary contact for project escalation, resolving complex delivery issues.
• Develop communication strategies to align stakeholders with program objectives.
• Measure and analyze program processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Mentor program team members and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure integration with strategic initiatives like digital transformation and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with peer teams to incorporate best practices into Managed Services programs.
