Amtrak’s Washington Union Station program seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee moderate to high complexity projects within a large program. You’ll apply advanced PM processes, plan activities, and report metrics to staff and senior leadership.

You will build relationships, coordinate with program managers, and ensure governance whether for grant requirements or internal policies. This role requires strong communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple subject matter experts, departments, vendors and assets to ensure timely, cost-effective milestones.
• Establish collaboration among stakeholders for scoping, financial and resource decisions.
• Prepare and manage communication protocols with internal and external stakeholders.
