CESO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Columbus, OH to plan, execute, and deliver high‑value A/E projects on time and within budget. You will lead cross‑discipline teams, mentor staff, and represent CESO in client communications from initiation through project closeout.

The role emphasizes mentoring, contract negotiations, and revenue ownership, with a flexible hybrid work schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil engineering or related field.
• Professional licensure preferred (RA/PE/PS/RLA).
• PMI PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals with scope, schedule, budgets, and fee negotiations.
• Ensure quality of work, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Lead complex A/E projects with major impact and oversee multi-disciplinary teams.
• Maintain executive relationships with key accounts and programs.
• Drive project development, design excellence, and risk management.
• Oversee billing and accounts receivable in coordination with accounting.
