Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, with 4 years of experience preferred.
• Or 10 years related experience and/or training is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and entering daily timesheet data.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documentation to support project objectives.
• Conduct reviews of vendor proposals and awards with client coordination.
• Follow standards for project reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Assume overall responsibility for project start-up activities.
• Conduct on-site reviews of construction progress to monitor schedule.
• Schedule and document weekly project meetings during construction.
