Job summary

The Senior Project Manager at Soho House will oversee day‑to‑day delivery of Soho Farmhouse New York in the Hudson Valley, coordinating with design teams, consultants and the general contractor to meet program, budget and quality targets ahead of a Q2 2028 opening.

You will be the primary on-site interface, driving procurement, scheduling, safety and handover activities, while working with an experienced development team to deliver a high-end hospitality project across multiple buildings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a Construction Manager, Project Manager, Development Manager or similar role.
• 5+ completed Tri-State area projects in renovation/hospitality.
• Renovation experience is essential.
• Knowledge of New York State building codes.
• Experience negotiating multi-trade packages and GC relationships.
• Experience in hospitality development and luxury brands.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally 2–4 times/year.
• Master's in CM or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage General Contractor and trade subcontractors on site through pre-construction to closeout.
• Be the primary day-to-day on-site contact for GC and subs.
• Coordinate administration with subcontractors and vendors; maintain relations.
• Oversee site activity with the Superintendent; ensure safety, schedule and specs.
• Monitor safety compliance across contractors and vendors; ensure training and clearance.
• Lead weekly site progress meetings with GC, trades and design teams.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery timelines to keep installations on schedule.
• Ensure performance aligns with contract documents and drawings.
