Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of Soho Farmhouse New York in the Hudson Valley, reporting to the Project Director. This on-site role involves coordinating an in-house team and external consultants to deliver a flagship hotel resort development on time and to budget.

You will manage general contractors, trades, procurement, and handover, while driving design and operational decisions for long-term performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction/PM leading large-scale redevelopments
• Proven track record on Tri-State area projects including Shell & Core and hospitality fit-out
• Historic renovation experience and knowledge of NY building codes
• Experience negotiating multi-trade construction packages and managing budgets

Responsibilities

• Manage General Contractor and subcontractors on site through pre-construction, construction, commissioning and closeout
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for General Contractor and subcontractors on site
• Coordinate administrative requirements with subcontractors and vendors
• Oversee day-to-day site activity with the Superintendent to ensure safety, schedule and specs
• Lead weekly site progress meetings with GC, trade contractors and design/consultant team
• Monitor budget and track costs against the approved budget
• Oversee handover of projects to operations and ensure quality control and snagging
