Muckleroy & Falls in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with commercial general contracting and hospitality construction experience to lead hospitality projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement, build trusted owner and trade partner relationships, mentor teammates, and ensure a high-quality finished product that reflects our collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor in hospitality construction.
• Experience leading hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, or similar) from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, and execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring exceptional results.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and execution to deliver successful projects.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and trade partners.
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and the team to keep projects moving forward.
• Anticipate challenges, communicate proactively, and develop solutions that protect project goals.
• Deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations and project specifications.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of growth and accountability.
• Lead projects through closeout, delivering a finished product the team is proud of.
