Job summary

MSF Hospitality is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Texas to lead submittals, RFIs, documentation, and cross-team communication on multimillion-dollar hotel projects. This full-time salaried role requires 3+ years of commercial construction experience and a willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Procore and/or Bluebeam is a plus.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to remote job sites.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • A self-starter able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Oversee the execution of projects ensuring adherence to plans and standards.
  • Coordinate project team meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Serve as main contact for project stakeholders with clear communication.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets within approved limits.
  • Identify budget risks and mitigate them.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management.
  • Maintain project documentation in SharePoint and Procore.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Commercial Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager will manage submittals, RFIs, documentation, and cross-team communication, and play a key role in identifying and resolving field issues. This position is ideal for someone early in their construction management career who wants to learn fast, grow their responsibilities, and become an integral part of a high-performing team. This is a full-time salaried position with opportunities for growth. Candidates must be based in Texas and open to limited travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities
