Qualifications

• Experience leading Preconstruction or Estimating teams in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of conceptual estimating, budgeting, GMP development, constructability, scope development, and project risk.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with Business Development and Operations to support pursuits and client relationships.
• A forward-thinking approach to technology, process improvement and innovation.
