Job summary

MAAS Companies Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the District’s capital design and construction projects from design to DSA close-out, ensuring goals are met and compliance maintained.

You will supervise activities to ensure timely delivery within funding parameters and company policies. Minimum qualifications include 5+ years of related project management experience and a BA/BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing design and construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related field.
• 4 years additional qualifying experience may substitute for the education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital design and construction from design through DSA close-out.
• Develop scope, schedule and budget goals; monitor progress.
• Coordinate approvals with local, state, and federal agencies.
• Prepare bid documents and oversee contractor selections.
