Renewyx LLC in Sacramento, CA seeks an Education Project Manager (DSA) to lead K-12 and community college school projects from inception through closeout. You will own the budget, schedule, subs, and coordination with districts, architects, inspectors, and the DSA.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on DSA experience, a track record with lease-leaseback or design-build delivery, and the ability to phase work around students and staff while delivering on-time, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer in general contracting.
• Hands-on DSA experience with IOR, DSA forms, change orders and closeout.
• Ability to own cost, schedule and subcontractors.
• Experience with lease-leaseback or design-build delivery.
• Phasing work around students and staff.

Responsabilités

• Manage own school projects including new classrooms, gyms, modernizations and campus upgrades.

Education Project Manager (DSA) | Sacramento, CA | $130,000 to $170,000 + Benefits

Renewyx have partnered with a general contractor known across Northern California for K-12 and community college construction. They're adding an experienced Project Manager to their education team.

You'll run your own school projects: new classroom buildings, gyms, modernizations and campus upgrades, often on campuses that are still open. You'll own the budget and schedule, buy out and manage your subs, and work closely with the district, the architect, the inspector of record and DSA from approval through certification and closeout. A lot of the work comes through lease-leaseback and design-build, so you'll be involved early.

• You've been a Project Manager (or a Senior Project Engineer ready to step up) at a general contractor
• Hands-on DSA experience: you know the IOR, the DSA forms, and how change orders and closeout work on a school job
• You're comfortable owning cost, schedule and subcontractors
• Lease-leaseback or design-build delivery
• Phasing work around students and staff
• $150,000 to $200,000+ base, plus bonus
• Sacramento region, split between the office and your campuses
