Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services subsidiary, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Phoenix, AZ area to lead high‑voltage transmission and distribution construction projects. You will oversee planning, budgeting, staffing, subcontractor management, safety, and quality across projects nationwide, with a focus on the Arizona / New Mexico region.

You will drive scheduling, cost forecasting, submittals, and invoicing while coordinating with legal, procurement, and field staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of project management experience in high‑voltage electric transmission and distribution or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business (advanced degree or PMP preferred).
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills and experience with project software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and management, including budget, schedule, and staffing.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and documentation; track cost reporting.
• Prepare and maintain SOV, billing, and forecasts; ensure on‑time project delivery.
• Oversee contract administration and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Generate progress reports and present updates to leadership and stakeholders.
