Qualifications

• Four year construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Minimum 10 years experience as a Project Manager on heavy industrial, power, mining projects.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Champions the orderly, timely transition of projects from estimating to field, including contract reviews and schedule alignment.
• Monitors budgets, schedules and manpower; ensures profitability and safety.
• Maintains professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Reviews change orders and ensures proper documentation and cost control.
