Sundt Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex, multi-project efforts in Atlanta. Responsibilities include transitioning from estimating to field, coordinating with superintendents, managing CPM schedules, and maintaining owner relations.

• Four year construction related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
• Experience in Pre-Con managing construction projects.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transition from estimating to field with contract reviews and schedules.
• Coordinate with Superintendent on means, methods, manpower and materials.
• Ensure project safety, schedule, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Manage CPM schedules and procurement coordination with engineers.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and cost projections.
