Job summary

STV, Inc. in southern Rhode Island and Southeast Connecticut is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital programs in the heavy industrial sector. You will oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and additions, representing the owner's interests across the project lifecycle.

The role covers budgeting, planning, design, bidding, construction, commissioning and closeout. Onsite 5 days a week, 7am-4pm ET, with potential weekend assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7+ years managing heavy-industrial projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Ability to forecast challenges and maintain safety, schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and mentor members.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, change orders and invoices.
• Develop schedules and ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain client, consultant, contractor, and vendor relationships.
• Communicate complex ideas to stakeholders, including executives.
