Job summary

STV is seeking a Project Manager for the Heavy Industrial sector in southern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut. You will oversee all phases of the project life cycle, working within the PM/CM division on Capital Program Management and Owner’s Representative assignments.

Onsite 5 days a week, with typical hours 7am–4pm ET. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management and 7+ years of heavy-industrial project experience, strong communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7+ managing heavy-industrial projects; experience in project management techniques, concepts, principles, and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and mentor members; set goals and guide the program.
• Monitor design and construction to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
• Forecast budgets, cash flow analyses, and cost estimates; review purchase orders, change orders and invoices.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules; manage client, consultant, contractor, and vendor relationships.
