Zusammenfassung

STV Construction Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale design-build heavy industrial projects in Rhode Island and Connecticut. You will act as the owner's representative, with oversight of safety, schedule, budget, and stakeholder management.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, strong design-build capability in industrial settings, and proven leadership across multiple disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale heavy industrial construction projects.
• Design Build experience is required.
• Proven experience leading design-build delivery in industrial environments.
• OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale heavy industrial design-build projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, facility operations teams, executive leadership, design consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide daily on-site leadership and oversight to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.
• Manage all phases of design-build project delivery, including design coordination, constructability reviews, procurement strategies, risk management, and construction execution.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor master project schedules and key milestones.
• Ensure contractor performance, project controls, and reporting align with owner expectations and contractual requirements.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, change management, cost control, and executive reporting.
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder communications.
