Job summary

Kokosing, a top-tier general contractor, seeks a Project Manager (Heavy Highway – Roadway/Bridge projects) in the Tidewater region of Virginia.

You will plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of complex highway/bridge construction, manage project engineers, superintendents, and foremen, and ensure projects meet schedule and budget.

A civil engineering or construction management degree with 10+ years of related experience is preferred; Kokosing offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree.
• 10+ years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of heavy highway/bridge construction projects.
• Ensures project goals are accomplished within time frame and funding parameters.
• Manages Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen and coordinates team.
