• 10+ years of related experience or training (or equivalent combination).

• Plan, direct, and coordinate heavy highway/bridge construction projects.
• Ensure goals are met within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Manage Project Engineers, Superintendents and Foremen who supervise construction employees.
