Qualifications

• Needed: Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree.
• Preferred 10+ years of related experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates heavy highway/bridge construction projects.
• Manages project engineers, superintendents and foremen to ensure on-schedule work within prescribed budgets.
• Develops work plans and staffing for each phase of the project; assigns duties and responsibilities.
• Prepares project reports for management and clients.
• Coordinates project activities with governmental agencies and subcontractors.
• Understands and executes CPM-based project schedules.
