Job summary

TenCate Grass Holding seeks a Senior Project Manager with a strong heavy civil and sitework background to lead complex private and public Midwest Region projects. You will oversee safety, scheduling, budget, quality, client satisfaction, and project profitability from preconstruction to closeout.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction project-management experience.
• Experience with heavy civil, sitework, or related construction projects.
• Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, cost exposure, change orders, and profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders across the Midwest Region.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of heavy civil construction means and methods, plans, specs, and site-development scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy civil, sitework projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, procurement plans, and change management.
• Review contracts, plans, specs, estimates, and risk factors to define execution strategy.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Operations during turnover to validate scope and pricing.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Monitor costs, commitments, billings, forecasts, and variances; implement corrective actions.
