Primoris Heavy Civil in Madisonville, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee major heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will work with project staff and leaders to ensure safe, on-time delivery of highway and bridge construction within budgets and quality standards.

The role requires coordinating with field teams, estimators, and owners, driving schedules, and enforcing safety policies on-site in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PM experience on highway/road/bridge projects.
• 5+ years TxDOT project experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review superintendents' performance and evaluate.
• Lead field operations and coordinate with divisions.
• Ensure safety policy and weekly safety meetings.
• Coordinate with owners/engineers and ensure timely payments.
• Develop long-term production goals and track progress.
