Job summary

Primoris Heavy Civil seeks an experienced Project Manager to support major heavy civil infrastructure projects in Madisonville, Texas. This permanent role offers career growth with a company known for delivering complex transportation projects in the region.

The position emphasizes leadership of project teams, safety compliance, and coordination with owners/engineers to ensure timely delivery and quality work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years PM experience on Highway, Road, and Bridge projects.
• 5+ years experience on TxDOT projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of industry practices and standards.

Responsibilities

• Review superintendents' performance and provide formal evaluations.
• Advise Division Manager on hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain subcontractor relations and coordinate field activities.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and weekly safety meetings are conducted.
• Coordinate flow of quantities between field and accounting for timely payments.
