Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret grading and utility plans, specs, and geotechnical data.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage diverse crews.

Responsibilities

• Attend client and subcontractor meetings to capture project requirements.
• Develop site-specific project plans and schedules.
• Lead field superintendents and subcontractors on site.
• Ensure project progress aligns with budget, schedule, and safety standards.
• Obtain permits and licenses as required for project execution.
