Qualifications

• 10 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience supervising multiple project engineers.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for projects.
• Preferred: 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the project team to meet goals and objectives.
• Provide ongoing training and mentoring to project team.
• Coordinate training and compliance measures.
• Ensure project scope, schedule, and budget are clear.
• Track schedule and budget progress with milestones.
