Job summary

McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Heavy Civil Construction to lead mid- to large-scale projects across the Southern Central states, located initially in Ardmore, OK.

Travel to field sites will be required, with direct reporting to the Operations Manager. You will plan, direct, coordinate, and budget projects from design through completion, manage crews, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CM or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years comparable experience in heavy civil construction.
• Regular, predictable attendance required.
• Ability to work effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid to large scale heavy civil projects with moderate to high risk.
• Coordinate with Construction Operations Manager to align project performance with goals.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting and safe project execution.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts with architects, consultants, clients and subcontractors.
• Provide mentorship to junior project staff and supervise team on site.
