Job summary

HFG Architecture is seeking a Project Manager to oversee healthcare architecture projects from conception to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with clients, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality architectural solutions.

You will manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and documentation while ensuring compliance with codes and healthcare standards. Travel of 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of architecture experience, healthcare project focus.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, plus MS Office; PM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of healthcare architecture projects—from planning and schematic design through construction administration and closeout.
• Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, and resource plans; monitor and adjust to maintain profitability and quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Lead project documentation efforts, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with building codes, regulations, and healthcare standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets in coordination with internal teams and clients; identify and address potential budgetary concerns.
