Job summary

HFG Architecture is seeking a Project Architect to lead architectural drawings, specifications, and project coordination from concept to construction. You will ensure design intent, code compliance, and high-quality documentation across SD to CA, collaborating with MEP/structural teams and clients.

The role emphasizes communication, leadership, and proactive problem-solving to keep projects on schedule and on budget within healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Requires professional architectural degree and licensure path.
• Proficiency in Revit and coordination with MEP/structural teams.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of drawings and specifications across SD, DD, CD, CA phases.
• Manage design deliverables and contribute to project scheduling and budgets.
• Coordinate with project team, engineers and client meetings to maintain alignment.
• Ensure documentation complies with codes (IBC, NFPA, ADA) and QA/QC standards.
• Travel approximately 10–15% for site visits and meetings.
