Job summary

Perkins & Will in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years’ healthcare leadership to guide design and delivery across all project phases. You will manage scope, budget, and team performance, while fostering strong client relationships and coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors.

You will also drive marketing efforts, ensure design excellence, and steward risk management through timely communications and project controls using Deltek and standard firm processes.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience leading healthcare projects.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline required.
• Architectural license or Interior Design license/certification preferred.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire or corresponding accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the design process with proficiency and adherence to goals.
• Manage all aspects of projects to ensure scope and budget compliance.
• Mentor staff and coordinate staffing with leadership.
• Maintain client communications and project team updates.
• Oversee project using Deltek PM system and manage budgets, schedules and fees.
