Perkins & Will – New York City Studio is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10–15+ years of experience leading healthcare design projects, capable of guiding the full spectrum of the design process—from concept development to implementation.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationship development, and proficiency with Deltek, Revit, BIM, and construction administration to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Active architectural license in the United States or NCIDQ certification
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related discipline
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire
• Professional accreditation in one area of Living Design (LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, etc.)

Responsabilités

• Lead all phases of the design process with adherence to firm and project goals
• Manage all aspects of projects to ensure execution within scope and budget
• Lead and motivate project teams with strong communication and direction
• Develop and validate project scope, fee, budget, and services during marketing and contract development
• Ensure timely communication of project information to clients and project team
• Coordinate staffing resources and monitor changes using project management tools
