Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience leading healthcare and medical education projects.
• Licensed architect with accreditation in Living Design or related fields.
• Proficient in project documentation, QA/QC and coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination among architecture, interiors, landscape and external consultants.
• Oversee design development, documentation, and production of drawings and specs.
• Manage QA/QC, reviews, and responses to RFI/submittals during construction.
• Communicate technical matters with clients and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Mentor staff and contribute to project marketing and interviews.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and Perkins&Will standards.
