Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Portland, ME to organize and coordinate capital projects from inception through to go live. You will monitor budgets, schedules, and change management, and communicate status and risks to FD&C and MaineHealth leaders.

The role requires extensive knowledge of healthcare facilities, codes, and design standards, with strong collaboration across users, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, life safety, ADA, and healthcare design standards.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate capital projects from inception to go live.
• Maintain budgets and schedules and manage change control for multiple projects.
• Communicate project status and risks to FD&C and MaineHealth leaders.
