Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of design and construction project management experience.

• Healthcare project management experience preferred.
• Certifications: AIA, LEED, PMP, CCM, CHC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital project design, construction, and budget from inception to completion.
• Forecast costs, monitor schedules, and ensure cost control.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with stakeholder groups and agencies.
• Prepare meeting minutes and regular status reports for leadership.
