MaineHealth is seeking a Project Manager (PMO) to lead planning, execution, and oversight of complex, high-priority system-level projects aligned with organizational goals. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure regulatory compliance within a structured PMO framework.

The role requires collaboration with executive leadership in a healthcare setting, with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes and maintaining program discipline across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent level of experience required.
• Experience: Minimum three years’ project management experience in healthcare setting preferred. Experience working with executive leadership in a structured project management environment preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Working towards or has achieved Project Management Professional Certification; Six Sigma Greenbelt preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Excellent communication and public speaking kills and ability to write and present for a variety of audiences.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficiency in project management tools
