Centurion Selection, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its San Diego team. You will manage ground-up multifamily developments and lead a team of construction professionals from preconstruction to completion.

In this role, you will oversee budgets, schedules, and cost control while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Formación

• 5+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Experience with wood-frame, podium, wrap, or mid-rise projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting and cost management.
• Experience managing subcontractors and overseeing project execution.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost control, and overall execution.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage subcontractor contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and payment applications.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address scheduling, budget, and construction challenges.
• Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.
