RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up and affordable housing multifamily projects across Southern California. You will drive preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, and coordinate diverse teams to deliver on schedule and quality.

The ideal candidate has strong multifamily background, finance acumen, and proven communication with owners and field leadership. This role offers a dynamic environment with impactful projects and competitive compensation.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of construction experience with significant multifamily project exposure.
• Strong ground-up multifamily experience required.
• Affordable housing or market-rate apartment experience preferred.
• Podium construction experience highly preferred.
• Walk-up and other wood-frame multifamily experience considered.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, contracts, cost controls, forecasting, and change management
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, architects, and internal project teams
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation
• Partner closely with field leadership to maintain schedule and resolve construction issues
• Review project costs and identify potential budget or schedule impacts
• Lead owner and project team meetings and provide clear project updates
• Monitor project quality, contractual requirements, and overall performance
• Maintain strong communication between office and field teams
