Forge Construction, the construction arm of a leading real estate group, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily developments. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience, with focus on multifamily projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across stages.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred) and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interacts with owners, design teams, subcontractors, community stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction from pre-construction to closeout, including permitting and turnover.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Procore or similar software; track milestones and address delays.
• Monitor budgets, track costs against baseline, and provide financial reporting to leadership.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with plans and code.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and agencies for timely approvals and issue resolution.
• Bid, award, and manage subcontracts and vendor agreements; lead weekly coordination meetings.
• Lead change orders and maintain logs; evaluate subcontractor performance and address issues.
