Job summary

The Fordy Group in Charleston, SC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up multifamily developments. You will steer projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial construction, hands-on experience with wood-frame, podium, wrap-style multifamily, and a track record delivering $30M+ projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing ground-up multifamily projects.
• Strong wood framing / podium / wrap-style construction experience required.
• Proven success on projects valued at $30M+.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams
• Maintain strong client, developer, and design team relationships
• Oversee financial reporting, contract administration, and risk management
• Mentor and develop project management staff
