Job summary

MPI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Indianapolis area. You will own budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination while partnering with owners, architects, engineers, and trades to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience managing complex commercial, healthcare, or multifamily developments and a proven track record

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management overseeing large ground-up projects.
• Ownership of budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontracts, and client relationships.
• Experience coordinating complex building systems and MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, subcontractor buyout and scheduling.
• Oversee site development, grading, utilities, foundations, and vertical construction.
• Coordinate elevators, life-safety, access control, and low-voltage systems installation.
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to mitigate risk.
• Drive turnover, punch lists, and final closeout with strong client relationships.
