Job summary
MPI, a premier Midwest design-build contractor, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own projects from preconstruction through closeout in Indianapolis. You will drive the schedule, budget, quality, and execution, leading cross-functional teams, subs, and vendors to keep milestones on track.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field and 10+ years of experience delivering complex commercial, healthcare, and light
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/Architecture or related field.
- 10+ years of commercial construction PM experience.
- Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving schedule, budget, quality, and execution.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep milestones on track.
- Manage project financials, including budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, and profitability.
- Drive procurement and subcontractor buyout, negotiating scopes and contracts to protect the project.
- Build and maintain project schedules, identifying risks and resolving issues before delivery.
- Serve as a key contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
