Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for ground-up construction in Center Square, PA. The role requires overseeing all phases of projects, managing budgets, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. A PMP or similar certification is preferred, with a focus on safe, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ground-up construction project management experience.
• Experience in budgeting, risk management, and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from planning to completion.
