Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Management Consultant for an onsite role based in Manchester, NH. You will manage a large portfolio of facilities-related projects from initiation to closeout, collaborating with clients on scope, budget, and schedule while guiding multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, and a track record in ground-up construction. A Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ground up construction experience is required.
• HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems knowledge desirable.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with clients on scope, budget, schedule, quality control and risk.
• Lead charter development and integrated timelines with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and issues are resolved or escalated.
• Facilitate meetings and guide project teams through implementation and project closeout.
