Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Nashville is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to support our local team on ground-up projects. The role emphasizes managing stakeholders, tracking milestones, and ensuring governance across complex construction efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management with 5–7 years of PM experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Procore and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and management skills – ability to work collaboratively with the broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized.
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Forecast and update key project milestones.
