CENTRAL MAINE POWER CO is seeking a Senior Project Manager for distributed generation to lead design and execution of interconnections, including distribution system, substation, and transmission upgrades. You will collaborate with Interconnections and Planning teams and partner with Schedule & Cost Control to monitor schedules and costs across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marine science or architecture with 7 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP for cost control.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance considering customer funded work, regulatory concerns, and coordination.
• Lead internal staff, external contractors and cross-functional teams to optimize project delivery.
• Hold contractors accountable for performance and project results.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management when required.
