Job summary

1898 & Co., part of Burns & McDonnell, is seeking a Project Delivery Manager in the New England region to lead an execution team within Transmission Planning & Power Systems Analysis and Grid Modernization & Distribution Planning. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strong teams and delivering high-quality consulting services for utility clients as they evolve the transmission grid.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, finance, business, or other related field required.
5+ years of related experience with leadership/management preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of consultants and analysts.
Oversee execution of projects in transmission planning, distribution planning, and power systems analysis.
Coordinate staffing, training, and development to meet project needs and billable targets.
Lead QA/QC efforts and ensure compliance with company policies.
